Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Student Lesson Cancellations
Students may reschedule or cancel a booked lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson window may forfeit the lesson credit, subject to the individual instructor's studio policy.
2. Instructor No-Shows & Technical Failures
If an instructor fails to attend a scheduled session or if unresolvable technical issues prevent the lesson from occurring, students are automatically issued a full refund or a replacement lesson credit.
3. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
To prevent fraudulent chargebacks and ensure fair processing through Stripe, we encourage users to contact our support team regarding any billing discrepancies within 7 days of the transaction.
